FLAG MAST

To all -

It was great to see some "life" last night and on Day 1 (after Katrina) at the BWYC temporary headquarters on such a beautiful starry, moonlit night on the bay. Enough of the frivolities, lets get down to business. During the course of the two hours that Joan and I were at BWYC last night, I was asked on 5 different occasions by 5 different people, the following question: "When are you going to fix the flag mast?". That averages out to be once every 24 minutes. I definitely got the impression that at least 5 individuals would like to see the flag mast repaired. I hear you and rest assured that it will be done. I have devised a plan whereby an important component will be fabricated here in Picayune for the end of the gaff (that is currently broken off) and when completed, we will load up our welding machine and a ladder on our company pick-up truck and head for the Bay, hopefully, it will be some time next week. Upon completion, I expect those same 5 people to buy me a drink. You know who you are!
