BWYC Family and Friends

Fairhope YC is hosting the Wadewitz Regatta in two weeks (October 1-2). Bernie has secured a new set of sails from Flying Scot, Inc. Gilly, Walter, Malin and I recovered all of the Flying Scots and returned them to the club. The Red Scot appears to be in fine shape. Randy and I plan to clean it up tonight over a couple of brewskis & cigars. If you're around, stop by. We'll be at the apartment complex at the corner of Dunbar and hwy 90 west of the Winn Dixie Shopping Center.

Randy, Gilly and I have already expressed interest in attending. If you can make it to Fairhope, please do. #9 and #8 appear to have made it through as well and we may be towing them to FYC to loan to other clubs that weren't as fortunate as we were in the Flying Scot recovery. It sure would be nice to see more faces that we haven't seen since the storm and this regatta may be perfect timing for a break.
